How to get receipts for shipping bills?

Is it possible to get an automated email from shopify when I ship goods and reach a billing threshold for the shipping label costs? 

I hit the fee threshold of ~$200, and I have to navigate into settings, billing, and download past bill pdfs and then upload manually to my accounting software in order to track these expenses.

I'd prefer to receive an email to my inbox with this receipt attached if possible.
