How to grant limited permissions to a warehouse and connect multiple logistics firms?

2 Questions:

1:  want to make a limited permission to a Warehouse. What should i give permission to?

2: Right now is shopify connected to our DHL account. How can the warehouse who pack and ship our packages get access to their logistic such as DPD? We still want to keep our DHL account. Should we change it in Shopify or can we have several logistic firms connected?
