How to handle fake products from 4knxt.club?

I received a fake plastic box instead of projector from 4knxt.club.    

I have been cheated.

It's always disappointing to order something online only to receive the wrong item, I totally get that - I've been there before myself! Shopify is a website and shopping cart service that some merchants use to run their online store, however, we do not manage the shipping or sales of a store.

Have you tried replying via the original order notification email you would have received to complain about this? Or have you reached out to them on any social profiles they may have?

I'm looking at the store now and can see that they do not have contact information, which does not encourage trust. We always recommend that, in order to shop safely online, you look for trust indicators on any website that you're thinking of buying from.

If you are not getting the help that you need from the store, you will need to reach out to PayPal or your credit card provider for further options regarding your payment and possible refund options. This is the easiest and quickest way to recover the money you have spent. Shopify cannot recover your money for you as we do not operate businesses on behalf of our merchants on the platform.

I will say this though, we absolutely do not condone any type of fraudulent activity on Shopify. If this does happen to be a Shopify store, filing a claim with your bank will trigger a notification internally, which we can use to investigate a shop as needed. We will take a look into the store's activity and take action where appropriate. For legal and privacy reasons we will not be able to share the results of this investigation with you.
