How to handle tax ID requirement for Norwegian order fulfilment?

Hi! Im having a problem with my Shopify store. I live in Norway and Im selling my products only to Norway. When a customer places an order on my store, and I go to fulfil the order in CJ dropshipping, it says I need to fill out the customers Tax ID number, (in Norway its a personal ID number everyone has). The problem is when the customer checks out via paypal or stripe, they are not required to give me their taxID number... I´ve never seen a store in Norway collect customers taxID number at checkout and it would be an immediate red flag for any customer if I had to start doing so...
