How to hide the general shipping profile in Shopify

I have errors which occurs when a product is not matched to a custom shipping policy. My fix currently is to manually select the product(s) located in the general shipping policy and move it/them to the custom shipping policy of a particular products fulfiller.

Is there a way to hide the general shipping profile in Shopify to ensure only custom shipping profiles are utilized? I am uploading my skus via a .csv

My options may be different using the Basic version. There is no option to turn off the General profile in my version of Shipping and Delivery.
