how to implement third party payment provider ?

Hi all, My company wants to implement a new Third-party payment provider not to use a hosted payment page.

I will use zip pay for my example.

1. I have one the link, click the link will install my payment provider into Shopify admin.

Example: 

2. when installing finish, Now navigate to Settings > Payment Providers > Alternative Paymets, I can choose my payment provider

How I can develop the same example above?

Does it have any document about implementation about that?
