I own a bookstore and a significant portion of what we sell are preorders for books that will be published and available five sometimes six months in advance. Meta has been cancelling any orders not fulfilled after 30 days. I have reached out to Meta and they suggest the below:
"Increase the handling time in your shipping profileto more accurately reflect the time it takes you to mark an order shipped."
However, I am unable to figure out how to manage handling time in our shipping profile. Please advise. We need to continue to sell preorders via Meta and Instagram but not have orders be cancelled after 30 days.
