there is a red flag showing when I try to link my website to Razorpay- the form is locked. I tried emailing razorpay on their email - customer-support-wallet@razorpay.com . No response for the past 7 days. They dont have phone number to contact. what do you suggest?

I can't find the razorpay secure provider in Shopify, instead of that there is a provider with name "razorpay sign in for free pg". Is the razorpay secure removed?
