How to make a new shipping label

Hi all, I'm fulfilling my first ever orders on Shopify and I made a mistake. Somehow I accidentally marked my 2 ounce bubble mailer shipments as stamped flat envelopes? It wont let me void or unfulfill it as its stamped shipping and I dont know how to actually fulfill these two orders now. Any help really appreciated!

I had a quick look, and it seems that both bubble mailers and stamped flat envelopes aren't actually available as carrier options in Shopify. There might be a bit of confusion here. Could you share a few more details about how you set up the shipment? A screenshot would also help the community understand the issue better and suggest the best way forward!
