How to manage home inventory alongside a dropshipping store?

Hello,

I have a dropshipping store, but I had some new shirts printed from a local printer that I want to sell.  I assume I need to add "my house" as an additional location since my inventory will be coming from there, but what do I do if a customer orders a product from "my house" inventory and from the dropshipping store? Would they have to pay two shipping prices?
