How to 'Mark as delivered' and send delivery confirmation email?

Hi Everyone,

 

According to this guide https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/orders/fulfillment/fulfilling-orders/fulfill-local-delivery/fulfi... I should be able to mark an order as delivered.

 

However, I cannot find any options other than fulfilled. Fulfilled means that the order is already being send as far as I know.

After I marked is as fulfilled, it sent following email:

I want to notify to the customer that the item have been delivered like below. Is there a way to do this?

For local delivery, there is an option to manually mark the order as delivered.

 

However, for carrier shipping options, there is no way to manually mark the order as delivered.

 

Some carriers under Shopify Shipping automatically update the status to delivered based on tracking information.
