How to mark orders as credit card paid in Shopify?

Hi there,

I'm using Studio theme. I'm using an invoice generator app with my shop (specific to my country).

When I create an order for a customer who bought something and I mark it as paid Shopify sends it to my app as it was paid by cash, but all orders were paid by credit card. Is it possible to set this up somewhere to credit card?
