How to modify a discount or product price on an already shipped order?

How do I edit the price of an item or of a discount applied to an already shipped order.

I un archived the order and clicked the edit button but it doesn't seem to have a way to do it?

If I took a dollar about discount off a whole order and someone returns an Item I need to edit the discount.
