How to offer customers local deliver OR shipping, not both.

Hi guys,

I have setup local delivery for certain zip codes using Shopify's native settings. I also offer statewide shipping. When a customer inside our local delivery zone goes to checkout, they get the option of local delivery or shipping.

This has made it really tough for us as when local customers choose shipping, we don't get the option to add it to our local delivery list.

Is there anyway to exclude certain zip codes from shipping zones? Anyway around this?

Also, we sell frozen products that we locally deliver, but do not ship. Anyway to exclude these items from shipping?
