How to offer customers selectable delivery dates based on postcode?

I am looking for a way to offer customers a choice of the next two delivery dates scheduled for their postcode and tag their

selection to their order and confirm this on the completed order notification

I have set up 4 Local Delivery zones by postcode area; we deliver to each zone on a given day scheduled -

ie:

Zone A delivery date is every Thursday (March 11, 18, 25 etc.),

Zone B is every other Thursday (March 11, 25 etc),

Zone C is every 4th Thursday (March 11, April 8 etc)

Is  there an app that might do this - I've searched the App store but cant find any that can do this.
