Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Greetings,
I'm new to this, so please bear with me....
My Shopify account was set up strictly for my family from all over the US to be able to purchase our reunions t-shirts and get them mailed to them, directly.
When I set up the Shopify account, I failed to remove Paypal Express as a payment option and a family member has made a purchase. The status of the order is Paid, but Unfulfilled.
Is canceling the order and refunding the money the only way to process this order? I don't have a Paypal account, nor do I want one.
