How to rearrange shipping options on Shop Pay Checkout?

Is there a way to rearrange the shipping options on the Shop Pay Checkout?

We offer Pick Up from shop but we have this as the second option on our normal checkout as most of our orders are orders to be shipped and it is clear on that page.

On Shop Pay Pick Up is coming up as default shipping option and is not clear to customers. They are choosing this instead of choosing for the order to be shipped. This is then causing us extra admin as we then need to charge the customer for the shipping seperately.

If there is a way to change this that would be great.
