Sir I have seen an add for car washer for Rs.499 on 22nd July 2022 from 2-gedgets.shopify.com and I have ordered one and paid the amount. Today I have tried to check the status but your site is showing THIS STORE IS UNAVAILABLE.

I want to know that 

Do you verify a person or seller details who send adds from your site and collect money & then delete the site ?

How do I get back my money ?

I am sorry to hear you are having some difficulty with this order. Are you able to reply to any emails from the store, the order confirmation email for example? Does the store have a contact phone number, email or social media link that you know of? I know it may be tricky to find these, as the store is now unavailabale.

Once at least 30 days have passed and you have neither received the item, nor had a reply from the merchant, then I would advise reaching out to your bank for their advice on next steps to take. They will have access to order details and will be best placed to offer you advice on redress. If you feel concerned this store may present a threat of fraud, you can use our "Report a merchant" function here.
