How to remove Aftership link from order status page on Warehouse theme?

Hi everyone
I have just removed Aftership as I don't need it anymore. The only thing I can't figure out is how to remove the link from Shopify's order page where the shipping tracking number is to the 'order status page', which I have since removed. I was hoping it would just go to the Australia Post  website, like it used to, but it has not. It goes to to the order status page which now an 404 page. Can I go anywhere to replace that link?? I am using the Warehouse theme. Thank You!!
