How to remove BILLING ADDRESS on checkout page

Is there a way to remove the "Billing Address" tab on the checkout page on Shopify Dawn theme? Refer to image below.

Thank you for posting this question.

You can enable or disable the Same as shipping address for the Billing address, which is outlined on our guide - Activate different shipping and billing addresses. However, there isn't a way to remove the Billing address fields completely as they are required for AVS (Address Verification Service), which is used by credit card companies for verifying payments.

Is this case for manual payments still today? We are looking at having a e-transfer based payment system (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/payments/manual-payments/email-money-transfers) however having the client input their address for no reason doesn't make sense. Is there any solution for this?

I really want to have "billing address" act similarly to "shipping address". If a product is not physical, no fields for shipping address show up. Well, when an entire order is free, I'd like the "billing address" fields to not show up. Shopify, it should be pretty easy: If  "total price = 0" don't show the following fields . . .
