How to remove installment icon and text from Product Page (afterpay)

A little while ago, I activated Afterpay as an alternative payment method. I received a merchant ID and the text started to show in my product page, under the product title.

Shortly after, I deactivated the payment method because I no longer wanted to include it in my store. The problem is that Afterpay's text and icon still show in my product page and I cannot figure out how to get it removed.
