How to report a scam on an online platform?

The vendor has taken the money and now the site is also invalid. Also the email id mentioned is not valid. Attach the files for your reference. Got the order confirmation from the below emails and after reply to those emails it's bounces back. [email protected] [email protected] This one s really a scam and I want Shopify to investigate on the same. The vendor name is Trisha Creations. The money has gone to their IDFC bank account.

Sorry to hear that you have had this experience. 

To give you some context, Shopify is a platform where merchants can come to create and host their online stores, but we do not control individual stores or their orders.

I understand that you have found that it was not possible to get in contact with this store - could you let me know, when did you place this order? 

I would recommend you allow for 30 days to pass since you placed the order, and if you still don't hear by then, the next steps would be to file a complaint regarding this store with us here so that our team can investigate that store.

As well as this, at that point I would also suggest that you speak with your bank about this, and see if it is possible to get the money back for this order.

This is still quite a recent order, so I would recommend you wait a little while longer before you go ahead with the report, or ask your bank to retrieve the funds.
