How to resolve encrypted address issues for TikTok orders?

Has anyone had issues fulfilling orders from tiktok with the encrypted addresses?  CJdropshipping has given me multiple issues fulfilling an order bc the addresses are sent through encrypted.  Is there a setting somewhere where I can change that?
