How to resolve missing identity issue in setting up payments?

I have a store on Shopify, and I was setting up payments through Shopify Payments. After I filled out the form, I got an email telling me that I need to provide a missing identity or business document. They also mentioned that I should update my tax details. Just to clarify, I already shared all the information about my registered LLC in the US. Can you please advise me on what steps I should take next?
