Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
My shopify payments were put on hold because I was selling branded items without authorization. I was notified by email and fill out the attestation form and I also removed the branded items from my admin and website. That was 4 days ago. I have emailed Shopify's legal and risk management team several times and have not received a reply back. Has anyone had this happen to them before?

While our specialized teams aim to reply within 3-5 business days, it can take longer than that sometimes. Also since this weekend was a long weekend, we may see a slightly larger delay because of that as well.
