How to resolve pending payment issues with PayPal Express Checkout?

I have issue not sure what to do someone bought my product and payment is pending pay pal express checkout not sure what to do never used pay pal?

Generally this means that the payment is pending because it was made to an email address that is not yet registered or confirmed for PayPal. Paypal has their own security measures in place to protect buyers and sellers, one of these measures is not releasing funds to accounts that do not have a verified email address. Sometimes when an order is processed through Shopify before the Paypal account is verified, the order is "stuck" in a pending state in Shopify even when payment was received by the merchant.

PayPal has a guide here on verifying and confirming your email address with them. After confirming, it can take about 48 hours for the funds to be deposited.

This is my error I got I accepted my email now but I think I did it for the first time should I wait now or I need to accept this payment somehow?

To confirm, the PayPal account connected in your Shopify admin under Settings > Payments > Paypal > Manage section is correct?

 

Once you've followed the steps from PayPal's Help Center to verify your email address the payment should be deposited after 48 hours. Before marking the order as Paid on the Orders page, you'll need to receive the funds for the order. Once the funds have been received on your end, you can select Collect Payment > Mark as paid.
