How to Resolve Pending Payments for over a month

Hello,
We have had pending payments for over a month and there are no prompts to resolve this in shopify. Usually if you need to help verify your bank account, there is a notification in the settings to do so, however we have no notifications or emails. 
None of the help articles relate unfortunately. We just need someone to login to see why the payemnts are being released. 
is this possible?

Sorry to hear that you're having these issues.

 

Have you also checked your spam/junk folders to make sure that our email didn't end up there?

 

If you find that there was no email communication after all, the next best step is to contact us via this link here so that we can take a closer look at this for you.

Hi Lana, thank you for your message. I ended up hiring a shopify person on Upwork and they saw straight away I had not set up my two-step authentification in the security settings. This solved the problem which was great! It seems it was not an obvious one at all! Thank you though for your suggestion and time replying. Best wishes, Chloe
