How to resolve shipping rates setup issues on a new website?

Hi All

I’m about to launch my new website, but I’m stuck on the shipping.

I’m based in the Uk.  I’m selling wallpapers and art prints.  I don’t hold stock, so I print on demand.

I integrated a courier company called Parcel2Go but Can’t see their app in my setup shipping section?  I only see fedex and UPS?  

Not sure what to do?

Can you help?
