Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi There, I've a problem in a checkout. An UK customer wants to buy but he left a message to us that it say " some of your products can't ship to the address". What's the problem? Is there anyone who had the same problem? It's the first time
Thank you
Marco
Hey @Sudrise
That error message in the checkout would usually indicate that there is an issue with the Shipping Rates you have set up on your store, for the products that the customer is trying to order. However, it is firstly worth double checking to make sure the customer is entering in the address correctly.
If you have different Shipping Profiles for your products, you would need to make sure that all products in question have applicable rates for the customers address - in this case the UK. Also, if you have any weight/price conditions on your rates, then they would need to be met in order for the customer to be able to get a shipping rate and checkout. Perhaps the order total weight is too heavy/light, or they haven't met the minimum order value as defined in your shipping rates?
Here is our help center docs about Shipping Rates for reference. Would it be possible to post a screenshot of the shipping rates from your Settings > Shipping & Delivery > Manage Rates section of your admin? Once I have that I can help troubleshoot this further with you.
