Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I received notification that a customer issued a chargeback on November 19th and Shopify only gave me until the 24th to file a response. Since the 19th was a Saturday, I didn't see the notification until the 21st, and 24th, was a holiday, so I had three business days to take care of this chargeback. Normally, we have ample time to respond to any chargebacks we receive. Are there certain situations that require such a quick turnaround time?

Jason here with Beacon, different banks have different deadline dates so I assume this due date was passed down to Shopify then to you. In addition, the holiday season are quite busy with fraudulent activities so I assume banks want to resolve every case quicker.
