How to return incorrect necklace when link isn't working?

I ordered a necklace and it  was wrong it was not that one which I have ordered I want to return it but the link is not working

To give you some context, Shopify is a platform where merchants can come to create and host their online stores, but we do not control individual stores or their orders.


While I cannot provide you with return details, I suggest you go to your emails and look for an order confirmation email from when you made the purchase. Reply to this email directly, as that will put you in contact with the store who will be able to help you with your return.
