How to send an invoice automatically via mail

Hi there all!

Does anyone know which app we could use to automatically send an invoice to anyone who orders at our webstore? Or that the customer can check a box to receive the invoice?

this is actually possible natively in the shopify admin by making a custom payment method at checkout. go to settings > payments > add manual payment method. 

you could then change the notifications to the customer on order confirmation (which is automatic by default) changing the labels and content of the automatic email to read "invoice" rather than confirmation .
