How to set up international shipping rates on my online store?

Hi i've set up my shipping rates when USA is the ''standard'' shipping while the other is ''rest of the world'' and when I want to buy a product (preview mode) its only shows me USA and not other countries i've choose anyone know how to solve this thank you in advanced?!

Just to confirm, have you added rates onto your Rest of world region? If you haven't already, a warning that looks like the image below will show up, and you'll need to click on Add rate to include your shipping rates for this region.

If you've already completed this step however, can you check if you have access to Shopify Markets on your store? If you do, you can navigate to Settings > Markets to check if the other regions on your store has been activated within the Markets settings of your store. If a region you wish to sell to isn't currently active on your store, you can click Manage > Activate market for the market that wish to activate. This should then also activate the shipping rates for that region.
