Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I've taken over an existing site and am struggling setting up Shopify Payments. It says "The account owner needs to provide some additional information to start accepting payments with Shopify Payments".
I have set up 2 step authentication.
Any ideas?

In order to have your staff account become the store owner account, you're going to have to have the current store owner account transfer ownership over to you. We have a document that outlines the steps on how to do this for you here.
You'll need to have the current account owner follow the steps outlined at that link so that way your account can be made the new store owner. It shouldn't take them very long to complete the steps at all!

Based on the error you've provided, you may be using an account that is not listed as the 'Account Owner' when accessing the shop. You mention that you're taking over an existing Shopify Store, so I have the following questions:
