How to setup DPD shipping on my store? (UK)

Hi all,

I have been trying to setup shipping for the last 2 hours but I can't seem to make it work.

I have my own account directly with DPD and I have agreed rates. I setup my own flat rates in my admin to reflect the rates I have agreed.

I also want to ship with EVRI (I don't have an account) and I would like the option of printing an EVRI shipping label.

Both couriers are supported with discount rates (see screenshot below)

I have created a bogus purchase. I tried to fulfill the order and create a bogus shipping label for DPD. 

How do I do this? I thought I would have the option to purchase a DPD shipping label when it got to fulfilling the order, but I just get a loading screen. (See below).
