Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I am looking to ship a package that is valued over $2,500. Shopify does not let me do this, though I have found that in their Fulfilling Internationally page it says that these shipments require additional documentation, not that it can't be done. This can be found in the third paragraph down in this link. https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/shipping/shopify-fulfillment-network/sfn-overview/fulfilling-inte...
I am wondering, who do I send these documents to so that I can ship a package internationally that is valued over $2,500? This shipment is for multiple items that all add up to being valued to over $2,500. It is not just one line item/product. If Shopify does not allow any shipment over $2,500, is there any recommended workflow to easily ship packages that exceed this value?
Yep, same question here. Shopify's customer service is so terrible since they switched away from an actual phone number. It used to be amazing even if you had to wait for 25 minutes to get a real person. They were always so helpful and I was happy to wait because I always got what I needed from them. Now all this automated junk is just terrible.
Did you ever get support on this? We are slo struggling with this for our international shipments.
Wow. This is the first time I have just seen them ignore a topic completely. It has been an issue for me for a long time. We are considering moving to Shopify Plus and I can't even find if it is an option then. They should really come up with an AES filing solution.
