How to show "Shipping fee not included" instead of "FREE"?

I want to offer calculated shipping. However, the provider I will be using is not part of Shopify, therefore I need to send a separate email or message to customers regarding the shipping calculation.

How do I set up something similar to this:

It shows "Shipping fee Not Included" instead of "FREE".

Please help.

Hi There!

Look for this in:

1. "Online Store"
2. "Edit"
3. "Edit Languages"
4. "Checkout"

It is something you can replace in the fields, let me know if that works out for you!
