Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
need help understanding this… what’s the solution?

I understand that you're trying to purchase a Shopify shipping label and you're running into an error. Looking at your screenshot, it looks like the error has to do with a missing weight on the shipping label. Just to confirm, does entering a weight resolve the issue?

I added weight to both the product aswell as the shipping label neither worked… definitely need more assistance within the account. Never ran into this issue at all before the order is being shipped out to an armed forces base and could be the issue in itself but not sure
