How to solve fulfillment issues after disconnecting Amazon MCF?

I disconnected Amazon MCF. My new fulfillment center is standing by.

Now every order that comes in seems to be marked fulfilled, but customers are not getting them.

New fulfillment center says they are all marked fulfilled, they have not sent any out.

What to do to rectify this?

It sounds like you probably have Shopify set to auto mark orders fulfilled. When you had a 3rd party fulfillment service, it just sends the request, but now that you don't it marks it fulfilled.

 

Go to Settings > Checkout and find the Order processing section, then check your fulfill settings:
