How to split an order into multiple shipments

Hello guys,

So I am new to Shopify. I have set up my store products such that each product has its own packaging. So when a customer orders multiple items in one order, I am unable to send both items under one shipping label and we do not have the facility to pack two or more items in one box.

I am using shiprocket to fetch orders from shopify. They suggest to add maunal orders according to number of items. But adding manually is not the best solution. I am looking for a way I can split a customer order into sub-orders (one item per sub-order) and then pass that info to Shiprocket.
