How to streamline a hotel room service ordering system?

I am trying to set up an ordering system to be used as a hotel room service ordering system. 

I already have the guests' details, so I want to streamline the checkout process.

The only details I need are their room number, name, and contact number.

I do not need any other details.

Currently, the checkout is so bulky and so many steps for something that should be simple.
