Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hello, I put my store in test mode to see how my payment portals works. I was unable to fill in the box for the Country/Region on the shipping part of the form. Unable to move forward.

I see you're trying to complete a test payment, but are getting stuck at the shipping information step of the checkout. It sounds like you're currently unable to fill in the box for Country/Region. What seems to be the issue with filling in this box? Are you receiving any error messages? If so, please reply back here with a screenshot of any errors you're seeing in the checkout.
One possibility that comes to mind is that you may not have completed setting up shipping options in the Settings > Shipping section of the admin yet. The only countries that will appear in the shipping step of the checkout are ones that are added to an active shipping zone. If you don't have any countries added to your shipping zones, then that would explain why there are on options for countries to select for a shipping destination in the checkout. If it appears that this is the case, I suggest checking out this section of our Help Center on setting up Shipping Zones. That document goes over how to set up a shipping zone, and how to add countries to it.
