From Shopify admin I go to Shopify Balance. I use the "move money" option. I added an account with bank routing code and account number. Then enter the amount to transfer and send the payment.
The payment was sent on Oct 14th. The transaction is listed in Account Activity and appears to have been successful. However, the recipient says they have not received the payment.
How can I trace the payment? I have the transaction id generated by Shopify. Where do I look to see the transaction id, and it matching the routing number and account number I think I entered? (maybe I mistyped???).
I searched the net and the board and couldn't see how to trace or obtain the details on payment I submitted.
Where do I look? How can I check the account number? I can find a place to view accounts and edit.
The payee has reported they did receive the payment. It took 6 days.
