How to update my unverifiable return address on UPS?

Hello,

I recently relocated my business. I was able to update the address from shipping labels but I can not update the return address. UPS is requesting that I update the return address to continue fulfilling an order. The only option I have is to keep my old address since UPS will not confirm my new address. I keep getting the error that it can not be verified. I tired using both my home and business address. Neither will work. Please advise. I can't  print proceed to print the shipping label without this and i need to get orders fulfilled and shipped ASAP.

Were you able to resolve your issue. I am having the same thing happen to our shop. We had 2 products that were fulfilled at a seperate location, but recently we switched everything to one location. Now each shipping labels asked me to confirm shipping address before purchase but when I type in my address Shopify states there is an error and to contact support.

im having the exact same problem and the shopify shipping team reset my account from the backend and still no resolution this is now on going now for 3 weeks I really hope they find a resolution soon.
