Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Hi there,
New to shopify so please forgive me if this has been asked before. Is there a way to "refresh" the tracking status of an order so it shows properly as delivered?
I have an order I shipped via FedEx and I inputted the tracking number as soon it was generated. That order was delivered yesterday but a delivery confirmation was never sent to the customer and their order still shows as "In Transit", even though you can click on the tracking number to see that it's in fact been delivered.
I tried removing and re-adding the tracking number in hopes it would cause it to "refresh", but that did not work. I know it's not a huge deal as the customer got their delivery, but would really like it to show up properly as delivered.
Has anyone had this situation happen before and know how to resolve it? I have other shipments via FedEx successfully getting marked as delivered without issue, this one just seems "stuck" in Shopify.
Thanks in advance for any advice!
I realize this is an old post, but I'm wondering whether the OP @colmsted or anyone else ever found a solution. I have one package from January which shows as In Transit, even though I know the customer received it. Either we entered the tracking number wrong or USPS didn't update the tracking number.
Regardless of the reason, I panic a little every time I filter on Not Delivered and it pops up. I've manually marked it as fulfilled, but it still comes up as not delivered. What's the solution here?
Never mind. Marked it as unfulfilled and then fulfilled again and it worked this time,
