We do have our own prepaid virtual wallet working as THE payment method for our own vending machines.  We’d like to allow our customers to also use the amount they have in that wallet to purchase more variety of goods in our future e-commerces.  We are based in Chile (South America)

Integrating your personal wallet into Shopify wouldn't be supported by us, this would be considered a custom integration which would require external assistance with a Shopify Expert at this link. They may be able to help you integrate the Wallet using this connect-wallet API here.
