How to use PayPal when we do not offer shipping.

Our store offers pick-up service only, no shipping. We would like to offer PayPal Express checkout, but it seems you must have a Shipping Profile and Shipping Rate in order to use PayPal. Since we do not offer any shipping, this would be confusing to our customers. Any ideas on a workaround?
