Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
I never had this problem before. Have shipped hundreds of UPS packages but today I'm getting the hardest time ever to get my shipping label. It is constantly asking to "Verify UPS® return address". It is showing the old location which is nowhere present on our shopify account (I've checked it hundreds times in shipping profiles and locations section to just confirm). So, when I enter new address, I get a notification that it wasn't able to verify the address and to "contact support". I emailed to the email given for support and received a ticket but it is such a bad customer service that I can't just pick up the phone or live chat with someone at Shopify to fix this issue. Wasted so many hours trying to fix this as the order is very important and huge one. Help! Rant over.

After you visit the link and log in, you'll be prompted to enter the topic of your concern so we can connect you to the right articles and support team.
