Accepting credit cards, warehouses, and shipping and fulfilling orders
Is there a way to view all of the "Shipping Label Cost Adjustments" over a set period of time?
Like a Report or something?
I noticed that once in awhile, if I go into one of my past orders, there will be a "Shipping Label Cost Adjustment" added.
Apparently when this happens, Shopify doesn't even bother to notify you?
Now I am wondering how many times this has happened. Is there a way to see all of the Shipping Label Price Adjustments that has happened? This seems like pretty important info 🙂
Thanks.

Hi there, @Beyblade-Gamer. Thanks for taking the time to reach out to the Shopify Community with your question around label adjustment data. My name is Imogen. It's good to meet you!
Thanks again for your question. Have you tried logging into your admin, and then going to your analytics and looking for either the 'Shipping Labels' report, or the 'Shipping Labels Over Time' report? These reports from your analytics should show you data related to your shipping labels, like their costs, the related order number, the shipping carrier, and more additional data. You should be able to view these reports to identify any shipping label outliers to see if you have experienced any label adjustments that you may have missed in the past.

Imogen,
I am wondering the same thing, but the reports that you suggest do not provide the information that @Beyblade-Gamer asked about. For example, I found an order where I had a shipping label adjustment. I went in to the reports you suggested, and searched for the specific order number I know has an adjustment, and there is info about an adjustment. It seems that the only place this is reported is in the order.
There must be some way to find these adjustments without going individually in to each order to look for them.
I have attached screenshots for reference.

Hi, @shannonstorms. Thank you for those screenshots and the context!
I've looked into this further and you're correct that these reports exclude shipping label price adjustments. The best place to see an overview of your price adjustments would be your monthly bills. In your Shopify bills you can see an overview of all shipping charges from that billing period by clicking the View fees button next to any shipping charges in the bill. It wouldn't be possible to filter by adjustments specifically, or view a timeframe beyond the billing cycle for the one bill you're viewing, but this is the best way to see an overview without having to click into each individual order.
I can understand why a report showing this would be helpful for you and I've passed your feedback along to our team who looks into improvements we can make to the platform. If you have any other questions about this, don't hesitate to let us know!
