How can i fix this without saying my brothers name instead of mine
Hi @fredo214
Welcome to the Shopify Community!
I understand you have accidentally entered your brother's name on your store, and have submitted verification documents in your own name. If the documents don't match the information entered when setting up Shopify Payments, then they will likely be rejected.
As @highlywanted has kindly mentioned, in order to change the Shopify Payments setup information, you will need to reach out to our support team and explain that you wish to change this. There is no way to edit this information in your Shopify admin, so contacting our team will be necessary. You can use this link here to contact our support team.
Once the Shopify Payments representative information has been changed, you will then need to submit qualifying verification documents that match the information provided. You can read more about the information requirements for Shopify Payments on our help center here.
Besides this Shopify Payments setup issue, how is the rest of the store coming along? We have some really great resources available for new merchants to use, of which I would recommend checking out the following:
Of course we are always here to help if you get stuck or need assistance with something, so feel free to reach out and ask any questions you may have.
